Mark S. Bever

Mark S. Bever, Esq.Mark S. Bever practices in the following areas of law: trust administration, federal estate and gift taxation, probate administration, ancillary probate, contested trusts and estates, estate planning, and income tax.  He previously served as Magistrate for the Honorable Wayne F. Wilke, Probate Division, Hamilton County Common Pleas Court, and as Magistrate and Probate Court Administrator in Perry County, Ohio.  He has also had significant prior experience in the private practice of law concentrating in estate planning, probate, trust and estate administration, and taxation and has lectured in probate law and taxation for the Cincinnati Bar Association and other organizations.

He was a member of The University of Toledo Law Review and he is the author of "Manville Corporation and the Good Faith Standard for Reorganization Under the Bankruptcy Code," 14 University of Toledo Law Review 1467 (1983).
